The Workday HRIS Analyst serves as a pivotal resource for the implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing administration of Workday across the firm. This position is designed for a professional with prior Workday implementation or administration experience who can bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external implementation partners to drive system administration, testing, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a large-scale global Workday implementation. You will act as an internal Workday expert, providing practical recommendations and guidance on functionality, best practices, and configuration considerations to internal business teams. The position is ideal for someone eager to grow into broader Workday administration responsibilities over time while ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of the system.
As a key member of the implementation and post-go-live support team, your days will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will participate in design discussions, coordinate testing efforts, and track defects to ensure a smooth cutover. Following go-live, you will focus on stabilization, troubleshooting system and integration issues, and creating process documentation and training materials to support long-term operational success.
You will collaborate with implementation consultants and vendors to close knowledge gaps and build internal capability. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to supporting business processes, security roles, reporting, and data validation. You will also stay informed on new Workday functionality and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the user experience.
