About the Role

As a Sr. Workday HCM Administrator, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical configuration and business strategy. This role exists to ensure the integrity, security, and continuous evolution of the Workday ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Finance, and IT teams to configure systems, manage complex data loads, and drive process improvements.

In this position, you will not only administer Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence modules but also lead the testing and documentation of semi-annual updates. Your day-to-day involves resolving escalated support issues, conducting data audits, and partnering with Finance on position management and cost center hierarchies. You will be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity while ensuring the system evolves to meet the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAdminister and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence
  • check_circleConfigure business processes, calculated fields, security roles, and notifications based on business needs
  • check_circlePerform regular data audits and execute mass data uploads using EIBs to maintain data integrity
  • check_circleCreate, enhance, and maintain custom and advanced reports to support HR, Finance, and Payroll operations
  • check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions
  • check_circleAssist with user training and documentation to promote effective system use across departments
  • check_circleParticipate in testing and implementation of Workday semi-annual releases including regression testing
  • check_circleSupport HRIS projects by driving module enhancements and process optimizations
  • check_circleManage Workday security roles and access controls while conducting periodic access reviews for compliance
  • check_circleMonitor system performance, resolve escalated user support issues, and manage Tier 2/3 incidents

Requirements

  • verifiedMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Workday HCM System Administrator or HRIS Analyst
