Wright Technical Services represents a highly respected leader in the accounting industry. This organization is dedicated to optimizing its Workday platform to support its growing needs in People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, and IT.
As a Sr. Workday HCM Administrator, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical configuration and business strategy. This role exists to ensure the integrity, security, and continuous evolution of the Workday ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Finance, and IT teams to configure systems, manage complex data loads, and drive process improvements.
In this position, you will not only administer Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence modules but also lead the testing and documentation of semi-annual updates. Your day-to-day involves resolving escalated support issues, conducting data audits, and partnering with Finance on position management and cost center hierarchies. You will be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity while ensuring the system evolves to meet the organization's strategic goals.
