About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant for Kainos' Smart Test product, you will play a key presales role in engaging prospects and customers. Your mission is to help them improve testing quality, reduce release risk, and gain confidence in their Workday changes. Working closely with Account Executives, you will support and lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and clearly articulate the business value of Smart Test to both technical and executive stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solution selling, understands Workday and testing challenges, and can translate complex concepts into meaningful business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the presales cycle, designing tailored demonstrations and supporting value-based discussions, business cases, and ROI narratives.
