About the Opportunity
If you are a senior infrastructure engineer who enjoys owning complex enterprise environments across Windows Server, VMware, networking, storage, physical servers, and IT operations, this role is built for you. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly technical, and comfortable supporting both day-to-day infrastructure operations and major infrastructure projects.
This is not a basic server administration role. The right candidate will bring deep infrastructure troubleshooting experience, strong ownership, and the ability to support upgrades, migrations, root cause analysis, documentation, and cross-functional project delivery in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleImplement, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter environments
- check_circleSupport VMware NSX/NSX-T networking environments including network troubleshooting
- check_circleManage and support VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) operations
- check_circleMonitor and resolve performance issues across Windows Server and VMware environments
- check_circlePerform root cause analysis for server, virtualization, network, and hardware issues
- check_circleTroubleshoot and upgrade UCS, ESXi, and physical server environments from Dell, HP, and Lenovo
- check_circleAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server services
- check_circleSupport SAN/NAS storage environments and related infrastructure dependencies
- check_circleManage print services including printer mapping, ports, queues, and enterprise troubleshooting
- check_circleSupport patch management, vulnerability remediation, and SCCM-related systems activities
- check_circleCreate scripts or execute remote commands using PowerShell or similar tools
- check_circleWork within ServiceNow to support incident, change, problem, and request processes
Requirements
- verifiedStrong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments
- verifiedStrong VMware experience including ESXi, vCenter Server, SRM, VSAN, and NSX/NSX-T
- verifiedHands-on experience troubleshooting UCS, Dell, HP, and Lenovo server environments
- verifiedExperience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and core Windows infrastructure services
- verifiedExperience supporting SAN and NAS storage environments
- verifiedExperience with SCCM, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
- verifiedBasic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routing principles, and firewall rules
- verifiedExperience creating scripts or executing remote commands using PowerShell
- verifiedExperience working in ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments. Knowledge of Citrix XenApp. Experience supporting enterprise disaster recovery or business continuity environments. Experience with VMware automation, infrastructure standardization, or large-scale server modernization. Experience in highly regulated or large enterprise IT environments.
