IPTA is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator (SME) to support the work at the Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC). AvMC is the Army's focal point for providing research, development, and engineering technology and services for aviation and missile platforms across the life cycle. AvMC's mission is to "deliver collaborative and innovative aviation and missile capabilities for responsive and cost-effective research, development, and life cycle engineering solutions" to equip the Warfighter with the best technology today and tomorrow.
In this role, you will provide Tier III IT operations support for both classified and unclassified environments. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining Windows-based servers, ensuring service availability, performance, security, and compliance with AvMC and Army directives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management, and virtualization technologies, while also supporting cloud integrations and evolving enterprise service delivery models. This position requires a self-directed professional with a hunger to continually learn and grow, capable of solving challenging business problems with smart, innovative thinking.
