Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate and monitor physical and virtual infrastructure including Hyper-V and VMware platforms
- check_circleSupport backup and restore processes in alignment with Recovery Time and Point Objectives
- check_circleContinuously monitor Windows servers, desktops, and virtualization platforms for availability and performance
- check_circlePerform and document system patching, OS updates, and application upgrades per OIM policy
- check_circleMaintain and update the Configuration Management Database to track servers and dependencies
- check_circleSupport Standard Operating Procedure updates and improve Configuration Management practices
- check_circleMaintain documentation of server configurations, rack layouts, cabling, and capacity planning
- check_circleManage Active Directory components such as user/group management, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and replication
- check_circleSubmit all changes via the approved change management system and evaluate technical cybersecurity risks
- check_circleAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments including domain, file, print, and application servers
Requirements

- verifiedThree (3) years of prior experience in a similar role
- verifiedDoD 8570 Level II/III certification desired
