Wide Format Display Graphics Solutions Analyst

About the Role

Canon USA is seeking a Wide Format Display Graphics Solutions Analyst to partner closely with our sales team. In this role, you will identify opportunities for Canon Colorado and Arizona printers at customer sites, providing technical advice on solutions and products. Once hardware is installed, you will focus on training and integration services to maximize the solution's effectiveness for the customer. While you may occasionally assist with troubleshooting, your primary focus remains on enabling customer success through technical guidance and project leadership.

This is a full-time, virtual position based in Melville, NY. While the office is open five days a week, you are not required to report unless there is a specific business need. The ideal candidate lives near a major US airport in the Northeast, as this role involves travel of 75% or more within the assigned region, including overnight trips. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are essential, as driving for company business is an integral part of the job.
