We are seeking a dependable and proactive Wheelchair Supervisor to lead our airport mobility assistance team at Tampa International Airport. In this role, you will oversee daily wheelchair operations, ensuring passengers with mobility needs receive safe, timely, and respectful service throughout the airport.
This position is vital to our mission of providing dignified travel experiences. You will serve as the bridge between passengers, airline staff, TSA, and airport operations teams. Your day will be defined by quick decision-making and strong leadership as you manage a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. From coordinating assignments across terminals and gates to adjusting staffing based on flight schedules, you will ensure seamless assistance for arrivals, departures, and connections.
Beyond logistics, you will be the face of our service. You will handle passenger concerns with empathy and patience, train and coach your team of attendants, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure while physically assisting passengers and navigating the busy, noisy airport environment.
