As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse portfolio of customers, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location.
You will be a results-driven relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support your team and customers. This role involves building strong customer relationships, collaborating with location management to deliver the best service and product programs, and negotiating contract renewals. You will enjoy working with your team as they develop in their roles, providing the coaching and support they need to succeed.
