As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives. Your team will deliver to a diverse range of customers daily, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The core of this role is driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location.
You will be a results-driven relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers, collaborating with location management to provide the best service and product programs, and negotiating contract renewals. You will support your team as they develop in their roles, ensuring they have the training and guidance needed to succeed.
