As the Manager of Wendell's, you will direct, manage, and oversee the total operations of our company's signature restaurant. This role is pivotal in identifying, anticipating, and controlling expenses while utilizing all viable resources to increase revenue. You will serve as the face of luxury service standards and etiquette, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the exceptional quality expected of our venue.
In this position, you will partner with the Director of F&B to drive financial performance and operational excellence. Your day will involve delegating supervisory responsibilities to ensure team ownership, conducting inspections to maintain safety and ambience, and actively participating in the design and presentation of the dining experience. You will also play a key role in staffing, training, and fostering a culture of enthusiasm and accountability across the team.
