The Role

As a Captain (Server), you will be the face of PLANTA, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, you will leverage your extensive food and beverage knowledge to drive guest satisfaction. This role is not just about service; it is about championing the brand's vision and contributing to a culture of positivity where all employees strive for perfection.

You will create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for both guests and employees. Your day will involve anticipating guest needs to ensure service exceeds expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in the dining areas. You will coordinate seamlessly between the kitchen and dining staff, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing duties. Whether managing allergen safety, handling cash floats, or supporting the leadership team, you will view the entire restaurant as your section, working collaboratively to ensure the venue runs efficiently.
