About the Role
Visiting Angels is seeking a Wellness Supervisor who combines empathy, strong communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to help seniors and their families discover the care services that best meet their needs. As a licensed nurse with a heart for elder care, you will serve as a vital bridge between our clients, caregivers, and Visiting Angels' care services.
In this role, you will go beyond providing compassionate wellness oversight. You will conduct in-home wellness and safety visits with empathy and professionalism, identifying client needs and opportunities to introduce new or expanded services that improve their quality of life. You will confidently discuss and recommend care options, helping clients and families make informed decisions while building strong, trusting relationships that foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Your day will also involve training, supporting, and motivating caregivers, recognizing their contributions to client well-being. You will update care plans based on changing client needs to ensure tailored, exceptional care and lead quality assurance efforts to maintain high standards across all services.
