About the Role

We are looking for a Wellness Nurse to join our amazing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital pillar of our care community, embodying servant leadership in all aspects of decision-making. You will act as the "Charge Nurse" in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness, ensuring seamless operations and resident safety.

Your day will involve managing all aspects of medication administration, storage, and documentation in strict adherence to state regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe environments for residents and common areas while implementing care plans recommended by the Resident Wellness Director. Beyond clinical duties, you will foster strong relationships with residents, families, and responsible parties, ensuring that care partners and medication assistants are trained to provide services in an effective, professional, and sensitive manner. You will also be prepared to manage emergency situations, including disasters and fires, ensuring the well-being of everyone in the community.
