This Per Diem Licensed Nurse position is designed to deliver high-quality nursing services in accordance with Healthcare Provider orders while providing oversight to the resident care and Medication Management Program. The role serves as a vital liaison between healthcare providers, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare agencies to maintain optimal care services for our residents.
While this position does not carry formal supervisory responsibilities, the Licensed Nurse acts as a mentor to Caregivers, Med Aides, and Med Techs. You will function as a key member of the Health Services Department, collaborating with community leaders to ensure routine and changing care needs are met. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support the dynamic environment of senior living.
