Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in supervising the medication program and medication room activities
- check_circleAssist residents with self-administration of their medications
- check_circleAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed
- check_circleMaintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians
- check_circleReport significant incidents and changes in resident needs to management
- check_circleAssist in the completion of resident assessments and service plans
- check_circleAssist in the training of Assisted Living staff and new staff orientation
- check_circleAssist with scheduling and staffing of Wellness Assistants and Medication Assistants
Requirements
- verifiedLicensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing
- verifiedCertification or licensed per state guidelines
- verifiedBasic First Aid and CPR certification if required by State
- verifiedMust successfully complete Atria's Medication Management Training
