Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment
- check_circleMonitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes
- check_circleAssist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws
- check_circleSupport care plans and patient throughput
- check_circleCollaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- check_circleEnsure patient safety, infection control, and compliance
- check_circleDocument care in EMR/EHR systems
- check_circleCommunicate changes in patient condition promptly
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- verifiedIV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire
- verifiedCurrent BLS certificate
