About the Team
The Retreat at Ladys Island is a community dedicated to the health and well-being of its residents. We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Director to join our team and provide overall leadership for our clinical programs and care standards.
About the Role
As the Wellness Director, you will serve as a vital partner to the Regional Director of Resident Care, ensuring the highest quality of life for our elders and individuals with disabilities. Your leadership will guide all clinical programs, quality assurance initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts within the community.
In this role, you will not only oversee daily operations but also play a key part in training and on-boarding clinical and care coordinator team members. You will assist in delivering Medication Care Manager training where permitted by state regulations. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the assisted living philosophy, including the implementation of Personalized Service Plans, advanced directives, and end-of-life care protocols.
