As a Wellness Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between leadership and frontline care, providing hands-on supervision of Wellness staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. This role is designed for those who want to actively promote resident wellness while ensuring optimal health and safety through direct care services.
In partnership with the Wellness Director, you will support community policies and programs while engaging in ongoing personal development to sharpen your leadership, communication, and management skills. You will assume specific community management responsibilities, ensuring compliance with assisted living regulations, pharmacy policies, and state and federal agency requirements. Your day-to-day impact includes actively protecting resident and staff safety by recognizing risks and taking immediate action, as well as assisting in the recruitment, hiring, training, and coaching of the Wellness team.
