The Director of Clinical Services serves as a pivotal leader within Senior CommUnity Care, providing strategic oversight and management of the PACE clinic and homecare departments. This onsite role exists to ensure the consistency, quality, and operational effectiveness of care provided to our program participants. You will function as an engaged member of the leadership team, partnering with the Medical Director and other leaders to drive organizational and strategic initiatives.
In this position, you will shape the day-to-day clinical environment by developing policies, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a team-oriented culture. Your leadership will directly impact participant outcomes through the management of nursing care, medication departments, and contracted service providers. Beyond operational management, you will serve as a mentor and coach, guiding staff from registered nurses to personal care attendants to function independently and within their scope of practice. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of the elderly and frail.
