In this capacity, you will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding Clinical Educator I staff and preceptors. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to align education initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory standards. The role involves a dynamic mix of onboarding new hires, validating clinical competencies, and driving quality improvement efforts through simulation, eLearning, and hands-on training modalities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- verified2 years of clinical experience required
- verifiedRN licensure in the state of employment or compact required
- verifiedBLS required within 30 days of hire

Experience in education, preceptorship, or staff development. ANCC Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC).
