As a Wellness Clinician (Not Licensed) within the PACT 1 department, you will join an evidence-based program and a dynamic team for the opportunity to learn and refine your clinical and engagement skills. You will accomplish your dream of helping people make progress on their unique recovery journeys. The work is sometimes challenging and always rewarding as you engage with the persons we serve and co-workers, learning, growing, and thriving together.
In this role, you will provide clinical supervision to the team in conjunction with the Team Leader and other licensed professionals, such as the psychiatrist. You will utilize best practices and strategies to ensure clinical interventions are effective, stage-based, and tied directly to the recovery plans of persons receiving services. As part of a multi-disciplinary core services team, you will provide assessment and direct service for people with seriously and persistently mental illness enrolled in the PACT Program.
