About the Role
This position is designed to exceed guest expectations by being enthusiastic and helpful, creating a "welcome home" atmosphere for members and guests. You will serve as the face of the club, ensuring that the Village Standards of People, Places, and Programs are delivered every time, everywhere.
In this role, you will interact with employees, members, and guests with sincere hospitality and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization while handling general inquiries about the club, amenities, and local area. Your day-to-day involves greeting members, managing front desk operations, and assisting with program sign-ups and court reservations. You will also act as a problem-solver, handling guest complaints in a timely manner and directing questions to the appropriate staff members.
