About the Role
This position is your chance to leverage your late-night productivity and core skills into a fulfilling career. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions. You will act as the resort system liaison during night hours, ensuring the seamless transition between shifts.
Your day-to-day involves verifying revenue documentation, reconciling cashier's reports with the food and beverage system, and producing accurate management reports. Beyond the numbers, you will handle front desk operations, greet guests warmly, and resolve issues with empathy to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also monitor security activities and facilitate guest departures by providing accurate statements.
Work Schedule & Location
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week. The schedule requires availability for overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekends and holidays. The position is located at our resort in Clermont, FL (17805 US-192).

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleReconcile daily receipts from all profit centers including hotel operations and food and beverage facilities
- check_circleResolve guest complaints, provide room assignments, and facilitate guest departures
- check_circleProvide feedback to the day shift and communicate local area information to guests
- check_circleHandle front desk operations, switchboard, and assist with room reservations
- check_circleVerify all revenue documentation and ensure compliance with established policies
- check_circleAnswer incoming calls, enter wake-up calls, and monitor security activities
Requirements
