About the Role
The Welcome Center, Valet & Security Supervisor serves as the primary on-site supervisory contact, ensuring the seamless daily operations of the Welcome Center, Valet Services, and Security personnel. This position is critical for maintaining the high standards of service, safety, and professionalism expected by residents, guests, and vendors.
In this role, you will act as the escalation point for any concerns, managing conflict and emergencies with calm and professionalism. You will oversee traffic flow, access control, and incident response, ensuring full compliance with Association policies and safety protocols. Your leadership ensures that staff attendance, conduct, and uniform standards are consistently met, while also bridging the gap between daily operations and management through clear communication and detailed reporting.
Work Environment
This position requires a dynamic presence, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods and requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled by the operational needs of the community.

Requirements
