Store Manager

About the Role

As the General Manager for our Leavenworth location, you will lead the overall operation, profitability, and team performance of the restaurant. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is accountable for sales, profit, guest experience, and food safety. You will directly supervise a team of 2 to 5 managers and 15 to 50 team members, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.

Day in the Life

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing your team, while also conducting performance reviews to foster growth. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with all health codes, as well as overseeing inventory purchasing and equipment maintenance.

You will execute all operating systems daily to keep the restaurant clean and organized, lead by example to maintain service standards, and implement marketing plans to drive repeat visits. The role requires a deep dive into financials, including reviewing P&L statements with the District Manager to take corrective action on variances and planning for sales and profit growth. You will also initiate and implement approved Local Store Marketing to engage the community.

Schedule and Commitment

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week. Open availability is essential, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be available to cover at least one opening, one closing, and one mid-shift each week. Reliable transportation is required to ensure you can get to the store and manage operations effectively.
