About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. Your primary mission is to ensure that every guest receives a great experience while maintaining the highest operational standards. You will manage the daily rhythm of the restaurant, guiding the team to properly follow all processes, policies, and procedures.
In this role, you will create an effective work schedule, plan shift assignments, and supervise the team to perform at their highest level. You will be responsible for coaching team members, ensuring service and product quality are consistently upheld, and fostering a positive culture through recognition and leading by example. Whether handling guest concerns or ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, you will be the leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly and safely.
