About the Role

The Home Care Supervisor plays a critical role in monitoring our team and ensuring that the needs of our participants are met with the highest level of care. As a member of the WelbeHealth management team, you will oversee the provision of personal care services to participants in their homes. This includes managing scheduling for Home Care Assistants and handling relationships with external contracted vendors.

You will apply your Home Care expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand. You will have the opportunity to design the way we work in the context of an encouraging and loving environment where every person feels uniquely cared for.
