About the Role

This position is designed for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to positively impact others' lives. You will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Your focus will be on understanding clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance tailored to their unique situations.

The role requires an in-office presence, yet offers a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. You will work with and learn from top performers, supported by a local Vice President who will provide personalized coaching and valuable insights throughout your journey.

Training & Development

We are committed to your professional growth. Upon joining, you will receive FINRA sponsorship for required licensing and participate in a comprehensive 120-day hands-on Preliminary Employment Period (PEP). You will have access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning and opportunities for joint work and mentorship.

For those with management ambition, we offer access to Leadership Development School. We also encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Equitable Advisors' own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
