This position offers a structured path to becoming a wealth manager through licensing and employment. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking.
As a financial professional, you will understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance. You will discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations. While an in-office presence is required, the role offers a flexible schedule designed to maximize productivity and personal time.
We invest heavily in your success. You will receive FINRA sponsorship for required licensing and undergo a comprehensive 120-day hands-on Preliminary Employment Period (PEP). Throughout your journey, you will benefit from the training and guidance of a local Vice President who will provide mentorship, valuable insights, and support.

For those with management ambition, we offer access to Leadership Development School.
