About the Role
If you are passionate about helping individuals and families reach their financial goals, Equitable Advisors offers a structured path to becoming a wealth manager. This position is designed for values-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to positively impact others' lives. You will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Your focus will be on understanding clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance tailored to their unique situations.
Training & Development
We provide a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period (Preliminary Employment Period) to launch your career. During this time, you will receive FINRA sponsorship for required licensing and gain access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. You will benefit from personalized coaching and mentorship from a local Vice President who will offer valuable insights and support throughout your journey. For those with management ambition, we offer access to Leadership Development School, and we encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and our own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
