About the Role
This position is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to positively impact others' lives. As a financial professional, you will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. You will understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance on financial products and services tailored to their unique situations.
The role requires an in-office presence but offers a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. You will collaborate with and learn from top performers, supported by a local Vice President who will provide personalized coaching and mentorship throughout your journey.
Training & Development
We invest heavily in your success. The journey begins with a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period (Preliminary Employment Period), during which we provide sponsorship for required FINRA licensing. You will gain access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning and opportunities for joint work and mentorship. For those with management ambition, we offer access to Leadership Development School. We also encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Equitable Advisors' own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
