This role is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to positively impact others' lives. You will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Your focus will be on understanding clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance on financial products and services tailored to their unique situations.
While in-office presence is required, the role offers a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. You will collaborate with and learn from top performers, supported by a local Vice President who will provide personalized coaching and mentorship throughout your journey.
We invest in your success with a comprehensive 120-day hands-on Preliminary Employment Period (PEP). We provide FINRA sponsorship for required licensing and offer access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. For those with management ambition, we provide access to Leadership Development School. We also encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Equitable Advisors' own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
