This role is designed for values-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to positively impact others' lives. You will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Your day will involve understanding clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance tailored to their unique situations.
You will work within a collaborative environment where you can learn from top performers. The position includes a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period (Preliminary Employment Period) and access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. You will benefit from personalized coaching and mentorship from a local Vice President who will assist you throughout your journey, offering valuable insights and support to help you succeed. While an in-office presence is required, the role offers a flexible schedule designed to maximize productivity and personal time, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
