The role offers a structured path to success, supported by a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period (Preliminary Employment Period). You will benefit from the training and guidance of a local Vice President who will assist you throughout your journey, offering valuable insights and support. While an in-office presence is required, the role offers a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. You will be empowered to establish your career in wealth management with biweekly pay, commissions, and bonuses, alongside a sign-on payment based on the completion of required FINRA licenses and registrations.
