The Role Experience

This opportunity is designed for values-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to positively impact others' lives. You will build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Your day will involve understanding clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance tailored to their unique situations.

The role offers a structured path to success, supported by a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training period (Preliminary Employment Period). You will benefit from the training and guidance of a local Vice President who will assist you throughout your journey, offering valuable insights and support. Opportunities for joint work and mentorship are available, along with access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition.

While an in-office presence is required, the role offers a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. You will be empowered to establish your career in wealth management with biweekly pay, commissions, and bonuses, alongside a sign-on payment based on the completion of required FINRA licenses and registrations.
