The Wealth Building Specialist is a mission-driven role focused on improving lives and reducing barriers to financial security for underserved and rural communities. You will provide one-on-one coaching, housing and financial counseling, group education, and outreach to empower individuals and families to build assets and achieve stability.
This position offers flexibility to specialize in areas such as housing counseling, foreclosure prevention, financial capability, or education delivery, while remaining ready to support all team functions. You will work within a culture that values diverse perspectives and community-rooted experience, helping to build resilient rural communities through financial empowerment.
