About the Team
Before our guests can make waves in our waterpark, we need you to ensure the pools and slides are ready for action. Our team is dedicated to keeping the waterpark always guest-ready by maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness across all water attractions.
About the Role
You will be the guardian of our waterpark's safety and functionality. Your day will involve testing pool water hourly and making necessary adjustments to water chemistry to meet Massachusetts Health Code specifications. You will maintain filtration and circulation systems, including regular backwashing of filter media and cleaning of strainers and skimmer baskets.
Beyond water chemistry, you will assist with general maintenance projects such as painting, concrete repairs, landscaping, and pressure washing. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general pool area, performing minor repairs to ensure public safety, and executing daily opening, operating, and closing procedures. In the event of weather-related shutdowns or other unplanned conditions, you will take appropriate steps to manage the situation. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their job, acts with pride, and maintains professionalism at all times while enforcing Six Flags New England policies.
