This position serves as the foundation for a career in technical sales within the South Bay of San Francisco. As a Chemical Service Technician, you will support the existing customer base by performing water treatment tests and solving complex water problems at industrial sites, medical centers, and commercial buildings. Your work will directly contribute to keeping industrial boilers and cooling towers energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
You will operate with the freedom of a remote-first approach, training alongside veteran Territory Managers in your territory. The role is designed to be a launchpad: the clear career track leads to becoming a Territory Manager, where you will manage your own territory and earn unlimited commission and year-end bonuses. You will receive ample technical support, continuous training, and a monthly car allowance, allowing you to focus on building relationships and mastering our proprietary chemical blends and monitoring technology.
