About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be the central hub for coordinating warranty service activities, processing claims, and supporting both our technicians and customers. This role exists to ensure that all warranty-related documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time, maintaining the high standards of service that define our organization.

In this position, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of warranty claims. Your day will involve receiving and logging service calls from customers and OTM, verifying equipment warranty status, and ensuring all necessary documentation—such as invoices, equipment logs, and repair quotes—is attached and filed correctly. You will act as a key communicator, following up with customers and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and ensure all commitments are met.

You will also perform essential quality control reviews on warranty calls, monitor parts credits, and coordinate with various divisions to dispatch the most suitable technicians for repairs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders while navigating systems like WennSoft, Trane Citrix Workspace, and Falcon.
