Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. In this capacity, you will oversee the team responsible for taking calls and accepting applications from individuals and businesses seeking disaster assistance within a designated geographical area. You will be directly supporting survivors of natural disasters, ensuring that the team remains available and flexible to meet the urgent needs of those requiring aid.
This is a temporary position requiring a US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
For remote work, Maximus will provide the necessary equipment. Candidates must reside permanently in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher, 5 Mbps upload) via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
