Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA's core mission is to help people before, during, and after disasters. In this specific project, the team supports survivors of natural disasters by taking calls and accepting applications for disaster assistance from individuals and businesses within a designated geographical area. The team strives to be available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility and commitment.
This is a temporary position focused on sustaining an effective reporting program. As a supervisor, you will oversee team members and processes to gather, prepare, trend, and analyze operational activity. You will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in creating monthly client presentations, and manage the development of routine and ad hoc reports. The role demands ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reports in compliance with contract requirements while providing management with up-to-date program statistics and required project status reports.
This position requires availability for eight-hour shifts, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance.
For remote work, Maximus will provide the necessary equipment. However, candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a dedicated power source. Technical requirements include an internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps, connected via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
