About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting survivors of natural disasters by managing the reporting infrastructure that tracks operational activity and disaster assistance applications.
The position requires a high degree of flexibility, as the team strives to be available to help those in need. You will supervise team members and processes to ensure the accurate gathering, preparation, and analysis of data. Your day will involve coordinating the work of Reporting Specialists, creating client presentations, and providing management with up-to-date program statistics and compliance reports. This is a temporary position designed to sustain an effective reporting program during a critical operational period.
Work Environment & Requirements
This is a remote position for candidates permanently residing in the Continental US. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. However, candidates must maintain a private, secure work area with a reliable internet connection (25mbps or higher, 5mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
To succeed in this fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, you must be a US Citizen capable of passing a Federal Government clearance. The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
