About the Role

FedEx is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Package Handlers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring that packages are processed accurately and on time. As a Package Handler, you will play a key role in the logistics chain, responsible for unloading packages from trailers and delivery vehicles. You will sort packages by destination using conveyor belt systems, scan packages into the tracking system, and loading packages into delivery trucks. Your work ensures that packages are handled safely and efficiently according to company procedures.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work quickly and safely while meeting hourly sorting and loading quotas. Depending on operational needs, you may be assigned to loading, unloading, sorting, or scanning roles. You will follow FedEx safety policies, package handling procedures, and productivity standards to ensure packages are processed accurately and on time.

Additional Compensation

This position typically pays $17 to $22 per hour. There are opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for overnight or early morning shifts, attendance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Some locations also offer weekly attendance bonuses and shift differential pay for overnight shifts.
