About the Role
Vault Attendants serve as the critical operational hub for our delivery teams, ensuring that Drivers, Messengers, and Crew Leaders are equipped with the correct orders, schedules, and resources to serve clients safely and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our logistics chain, managing the secure custody of assets, and facilitating the seamless start and end of daily routes.
In this position, you will manage the check-in and check-out processes for all routes, overseeing the transfer of liability for moneybags, receipts, route keys, and specialized equipment such as handheld scanners. You will verify bulk money received from various sources and assist in tracking and resolving any missing or misrouted items. The role requires flexibility, as you may be called upon to perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties based on operational needs.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Overtime is required as needed to support business demands.
