About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated Industrial Cleaners and Trash Technicians to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is designed for individuals looking to start or advance their career in a professional industrial or warehouse setting. Whether you are new to the field or seeking a stable position with weekly pay, we are willing to train the right candidates.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our client's facility's hygiene and safety. Your day will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various surfaces, from vacuuming and mopping floors to sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms. You will operate specialized cleaning equipment, manage waste disposal, and ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies. The role requires physical stamina, as you will be walking and standing for the majority of your shift, often in varying weather conditions if working outdoors or in open areas.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including day shifts (6 AM–5 PM) and overnight shifts (6 PM–5 AM), with a 4 days on, 3 days off rotation. This structure allows for a balanced work-life arrangement while ensuring our clients' facilities remain operational and pristine.
