About the Role

As a Facilities Aide at The Oncenter, you will be the backbone of our event execution. Your primary focus is the conversion process, ensuring facilities are transformed seamlessly in preparation for events. Beyond setup and teardown, you will assist with the general cleaning and maintenance required to keep the venue in pristine condition. This role is vital to the guest experience, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from the first moment of setup to the final cleanup.

You will work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where flexibility and enthusiasm are key. Whether operating heavy machinery, managing snow removal, or ensuring restrooms are stocked and clean, your work directly supports the success of world-class live events. You will be part of a team that values safety, professional appearance, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
