About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader on the 2nd Shift, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and distribution environment. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and serves as a key liaison between the team and management. You will coordinate the picking priority of work orders, manage bin replenishment needs, and ensure that inventory stocking levels are maintained accurately across product parts and finished goods locations.

Your day will involve a blend of leadership and hands-on execution. You will communicate daily assignments to warehouse employees, conduct training for Material Handlers, Packers, and Cycle Counters, and troubleshoot issues related to paperwork and our ERP system. While you will oversee operations, you will also actively participate in daily picking and packing activities, enter data into spreadsheets, and operate material handling equipment safely in a limited space environment. You will be responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping of warehouse zones and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Work Environment

This role is situated within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be working with chemicals, machinery, dust, and noise. Protective clothing and equipment may be required to ensure safety. The role demands physical capability, including the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.), push-pull up to 1200 lbs. with manual rolling assist, and work at heights of up to 20 feet. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and climb ladders for extended periods.
