About the Role

We are looking to add a Material Handler to our extraordinary teams in Dallas, Texas, to support our growth and product development. Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role is essential for processing inbound and outbound shipment activities.

A typical day involves loading and unloading deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks in a safe manner. You will verify the quality and count of all items unloaded, checking against supplier counts and immediately reporting discrepancies to carriers, supervisors, and the purchasing department. The role requires staging received materials in appropriate locations, creating shipping and receiving receipts within the system, and performing inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will maintain inventory management systems to ensure orders are updated and provide necessary billing documents to accounting.
