Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Clerk for our facility in Alburtis, Pennsylvania. We are looking for the right Forklift Driver to join our family of proud women and men in supply chain, working alongside many Military Reserve and Veterans we hire every day.

Our warehouse fulfillment specialist roles support distribution across the US. We are committed to providing the safest supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment, including stand-up reach trucks and order pickers. About the Role

This position supports distribution operations by conducting cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories as necessary. You will audit inbound and outbound shipments and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy meets client demands. The role involves providing floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with a strong emphasis on safety.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and self-drive are essential. Success in this role requires the ability to operate independently or as part of a team, multi-task effectively, and maintain excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
