About the Role
The Warehouse Selector is a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient selection of damage-free products. You will play a direct part in filling store orders, meeting delivery schedules, and promoting customer satisfaction. This position is designed for those who want to make a real impact and build a meaningful career within a supportive environment.
New hires are matched with dedicated one-on-one training for their first full two weeks, followed by ongoing coaching to ensure success. The role offers a 4-day work week with a set schedule of four 10-hour days, providing three consistent days off weekly. Currently, we are hiring for the 2nd shift, which requires availability for both weekend days. The position is permanent and non-seasonal.
